The Zigzag stitch machine is best suited to the circular stitching
processes of tubular products such as girdles, shorts and swimwear.
It is possible to put a tubular sewing product over the flat-bed
and sew it in a single stroke without stopping the machine. This
contributes to dramatically increased productivity. Oblique
puckering or uneven material feed is likely to occur when a
flat-bed machine produces welfed seams on waistband elastic tape.
However, the flat-bed machine prevents such sewing errors,
contrbuting to upgraded seam quality. The machine’s cylinder bed
provides a longer distance from machine arm to needle to enable the
sewing of 50 mm wide tape. The stitching system can be changed over
between a stadard zigzag stitch and a 3-step zigzag stitch. this
means that a single machine unit is capable of sewing two different
stitch systems, there by increasing the availability rate of the
equipment. |
